Meet Your Coach — Tom Eastham

I've spent most of my life around sport. As a kid, I trained hard — perfecting my football, my batting, chasing every bit of improvement I could find. I wasn't quite good enough to make it as a pro. So after my degree in Politics and Philosophy, I turned my focus to helping other people get fitter, stronger and leaner.


I studied strength and conditioning, nutrition and behaviour change. Building training plans, shaping better habits and asking "why" have always been my three tools.


Over time, I got fascinated by how everything in our lives affects our health — not just food and training, but how we think, who we spend time with, and what we surround ourselves with.


Outside of coaching, I compete in CrossFit (an ageing athlete, but still trying!). I'm also a dad of two. My partner Kat is a Women's Health Physio and runs Hatch Athletic. Together, we're doing our best to raise two happy, curious kids — even if we don't always get it right. We're only human, after all.
